Q: What size will fit me? A: First - our shoes are in US sizes. Second - This might sound silly to say, but: The answer is right here on our site. We are happy to answer any and all questions you call us about but we already provide very detailed sizing information on each of our product pages, so if you ask us about sizing info, we'll more than likely just bring up the product page and read you the description. Q: What are my payment options? A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal and others. We do not accept checks or money orders. |

Q: How can I cancel my order? A: Do not just email! Sometimes things go in the spam folder and we do not check for spam several times every day. We ship round the clock and cannot be responsible for return shipping when we do not know to cancel your order. You must call us at 410-990-0005 if you do not get an almost immediate response to your email. |

Q: How much does shipping cost? Do you expedite shipments? We do not currently offer expedited shipping. We also offer international shipping with the price based on weight and distance. You can calculate shipping costs on the shopping cart page after you choose your items. |
